What information do we collect?

We collect information form you via our website to allow us to process your order accurately and may ask for some more information if we are building a website for you. This information will include but it not limited to:

• Telephone number

What do you we use this information for?

We use your personal information to process and deliver your order and allow you to access your account details online. We may contact you with offers and news if you opted in to receive our newsletter when you created your account.

How do we keep your information safe?

Personal and payment information you provide via our website is encrypted and sent securely between you and our web servers where it has several layers of security. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centres, and information access authorization controls.

Who else has access to my information?

Only staff members of Inn2 who need to see your information for legitimate working purposes have access.  We need to pass some information to our payment processor, PayPal, during the ordering process. Your information is secure and encrypted at all times.

Can I see the information you hold about me?

If you would like to see what information we hold you can ask us by submitting a ‘Subject Access Request’ (SAR). You can do this verbally or in writing. We may ask for proof of identity before providing sensitive information. We will reply to any SAR within 30 days.

What if I think the information is incorrect?

If you believe any personal information we hold is not correct you can submit a written request to have the information updated.

What if I don’t want you to hold information on me any longer?

You have the right to request that any information we hold be deleted from our records. We will confirm that this has been done.
